Burdens did a great job replacing both of the springs on my garage door. I called them to inquire & they came out within 2 days. Competitive pricing. And they repaired 2 springs within 40 minutes. The 2 men were knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly! Christie on the phone was communicative, efficient, and kind. I will definitely use in the future again, if needed!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!
Dawn is AMAZING! She went out of her way to get a crew here A.S.A.P. (I run a self storage facility, and we are a bit of a drive for them), she is always kind, courteous, professional and friendly!
The two gentleman that have come to fix the doors on a couple of units are also just the best! Quick, efficient, friendly and they do an outstanding job!
I would highly recommend Burdens! Two thumbs way up!!

Just had Burdens Overhead Doors look at two different garage door problems we had at two locations and they were on time and quickly solved the problem on both. Very easy to deal with and we are satisfied with there work and professionalism.

Great company to do business with. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. They checked out my 32 year old garage door and adjusted the tension so I could open it without it falling back down when the electricity is out. At my request, they replaced the old metal rollers with new nylon ones to cut down on the vibration and noise. They lubed everything and didn’t try to sell me new springs or a new door. I appreciate their honesty.

Burden’s helped me out of a jam, literally. Am a home owner with a commerical 14’ boat/rv garage door that got stuck at an inopportune moment. Burden’s was able to dispatch a crew quickly. Their team was professional and were able to resolve the jam, rebalance the door, and lube and service the springs and rollers. Not my first time with Burden’s - they were good and reliable in the past too - definitely the best choice.

Met Gary Burden through a family member. Have had to utilize her services twice. Once to come out and balance my garage door, and today to replace broken springs. The technicians that have arrived on both occasions were very professional and personable. The skill level is apparent immediately. I know this is the only service I will use for future issues, and strongly recommend this is a chouce you should make also. Thanks to you and your team Gary!
