Burdens did a great job replacing both of the springs on my garage door. I called them to inquire & they came out within 2 days. Competitive pricing. And they repaired 2 springs within 40 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Dawn is AMAZING!  She went out of her way to get a crew here A.S.A.P. (I run a self storage facility, and we are a bit of a drive for them), she is always kind, courteous, professional and friendly! The two gentleman that have come to fix the doors on a couple of units are also just the best!  Quick, efficient, friendly and they do an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Burdens! Great company to do business with. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. They checked out my 32 year old garage door and adjusted the tension so I could open it without it falling back down when the electricity is out. At my request, they replaced the old metal rollers with new nylon ones to cut down on the vibration and noise.  They lubed everything and didn’t try to sell me new springs or a new door. Burden’s helped me out of a jam, literally. Am a home owner with a commerical 14’ boat/rv garage door that got stuck at an inopportune moment. Burden’s was able to dispatch a crew quickly. Their team was professional and were able to resolve the jam, rebalance the door, and lube and service the springs and rollers. Met Gary Burden through a family member. Have had to utilize her services twice. Once to come out and balance my garage door, and today to replace broken springs. The technicians that have arrived on both occasions were very professional and personable. The skill level is apparent immediately.
